Brain-Pad Inc. has developed a unique mouthguard for all sports. It is made of 2 thermoplastics with a shock absorbent inner core. This unique inner core has a higher melting point than the outer material. Therefore it will maintain its shape during the boil and bite process. Only the outer material will soften and mold to the shape of the teeth and mouth.
The outer material Custom Molds around and Covers & Protects teeth WTIH Braces.
Until now the mouthguards designed for braces offer very little if any protection from lower jaw impacts.
It is our belief that athletes with braces should be offered the same level of protection as those not wearing braces.
