Brain-Pad Inc. has developed a unique upper and lower mouthguard for all athletes with or without Braces.
It is made of 2 thermoplastics, and is not laminated/glued-together like lesser quality guards. Brain-Pad uses a double injection mold process which completely infuses the inner material within the moldable outer thermoplastic. |

The inner material is a highly shock absorbent core encompassing the entire length of the dental arch bite. This material is also formed into a front bumper to better absorb frontal impacts. This unique absorbent inner core has a higher melting point than the outer material and remains unaffected when boiling to fit. |

The outer material will soften and mold to the shape of the teeth, gums and both dental arches. The outer material is resilient, allowing remolding multiple times for new impressions and re-setting a custom fit, as the teeth move over time. |
